During my childhood in the 🇨🇩Democratic Republic of Congo I learned to cook at the age of nine out of necessity. However, now I dedicate my life to sharing the richness of African cuisine with New York City. My passion for African culture and environmental sustainability lead me to start my own business. I am the proud owner of Linda A Cooks, a social dining and Event Catering business. I like to create contemporary dishes. My goal is to teach people to become better consumers and help local farmers.
